user content. photos you capture within the application, together with associated mood metadata (mood words and colour values), are uploaded to and stored on our cloud infrastructure.

device and advertising identifiers. the application uses google admob to serve advertisements to users on the free tier. admob may collect advertising identifiers and related data in accordance with google's own privacy policy.

usage data. we may collect anonymised data regarding how you interact with the application for the purpose of improving functionality and user experience.

03how we use your information

we use the information collected solely to provide and maintain the application, authenticate users, display user-generated content within the application, process subscription payments, and serve advertisements to free-tier users.

we do not sell your personal data to third parties. we do not use your data to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models.

04third-party service providers

we share data with the following third-party providers solely to the extent necessary to operate the application:

• supabase for secure cloud database storage and authentication.
• google admob for advertisement delivery to free-tier users.
• revenuecat for subscription management and purchase validation.

each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection legislation.

05community features

photos shared to the community feed are displayed anonymously. no personally identifiable information is attached to or displayed alongside shared photos.

06data retention and deletion

your account data and associated photos are retained for as long as your account remains active. you may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time via the profile screen within the application. deletion is immediate and irreversible.

07children's privacy

the application is not directed at children under the age of 13. we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

08security

all data is transmitted over encrypted connections (tls). we implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

09changes to this policy

we may update this privacy policy from time to time. we will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
