Why it exists

Therapy isn't always accessible. tend is here so support doesn't have to wait.

tend is a mental health app built on the ‘gold standard’ of evidence-based therapy. It was born out of my frustration with therapy only happening within a session, and I kept thinking about everyone who couldn't afford a session in the first place.

Lasting change happens when we put our therapeutic lessons into effect outside of the room, and when we choose to look at the thoughts & behaviours that keep us stuck. So I built tend: to bridge the gap & put the tools I use every day with clients in your pocket, without the price tag.
